About FILIA: Established in 2006 by Kim Richter and Lynn Dwyer, set out to provide fun and inclusive lacrosse programs for young women on the Main Line in Philadelphia.  SCOOP Lacrosse & STRIKE field hockey has evolved into multiple lacrosse and field hockey programs in Philadelphia and Northern Boston for grades 1-9. The programs have flourished into the premier girls' youth sports organization, through which provide young women a path to success both on and off the field. Today, FILIA encompasses field hockey and lacrosse programs that set a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the game for grades 1-2, and extend to competitive programs for grades 8-9.

About AILA: American Indoor Lacrosse Association’s Integrated Programs provide In|Crosse education and training, AILA’s proprietary system that leverages the integration and convergence of the indoor version of lacrosse with the field game.  AILA’s integrated programs contribute significantly to the building blocks of lacrosse literacy by teaching cutting edge bio-mechanics, principles, strategies and tactics of indoor lacrosse.  AILA’s Programs  take advantage of the several features - small goals (4’x 4’9), 30 second shot clock, five on five lacrosse, players learn to play offense and defense, to name a few.  The In|Crosse Platform is the integration and convergence of the knowledge and skills to the field game. www.ailacrosse.net
