Abington, PA - American Indoor Lacrosse Association held its overnight/day In|Crosse Academy at Bryn Athyn College.

The boys and girls players experienced the In|Crosse system, developed by AILA President Johnny Mouradian, and had the distinct opportunity to be directed by Glenn Clark, current Canada National Indoor Team Coach and former Toronto Rock Head Coach, and AILA Certified Staff.

"The InCrosse program at Bryn Athyn was a great experience.  It was interesting to watch the acquisition of 'box lacrosse' knowledge throughout the week," Clark said. "The application of the players 'box' skills was immediate and evident during our scrimmages."

The In|Crosse training took place in Junge Pavilion, the indoor rink at Bryn Athyn College, with players having the opportunity to transfer what they learned in the ‘box’ on to the outdoor field.

Lynn Dwyer, Co-Founder of FILIA, commented, "The addition of indoor training has helped our girls become more skillful and knowledgeable in the game of lacrosse. They received a completely different look at the way the game is played and it made an incredible impact on them."

Glenn also stated, "Johnny Mouradian and his staff do a great job of teaching and reinforcing 'box' knowledge that will translate well to the field game."
