Players

The indoor lacrosse player is the focal point of the Academy's training programs and services.  All activities are designed to improve the player's skills, knowledge, and attitudes about the indoor game and ensure continuous growth and improvement throughout the player's development.

Players that attend Academy programs and play in AILA leagues will learn high-level stick skills, dodging techniques, defensive positioning, and "read & react" decision-making unique to indoor lacrosse.

These skills, which are dynamic and transferable in cross- training for field lacrosse, ice hockey, basketball, and football, promote and emphasize hand-eye coordination, ruggedness, precision, quickness, and speed.  Team work in indoor lacrosse is essential and the indoor lacrosse platform provides a variety of options and opportunities to develop lacrosse-specific skills.  We share, teach, grow and develop; we are serious, and we have fun!
