Pat Heim - Wings, Cannons Joins American Indoor Lacrosse Association Staff

Philadelphia, PA -

The American Indoor Lacrosse Association is proud to announce that Patrick Heim has signed on to the coaching staff and will take on the duties of an on floor Coach and AILA instructor for U15 to High School level players.

"Patrick is a local guy that grew up in Wayne, PA, and played lacrosse, football and wrestled at Conestoga High School. He is the perfect example of what our program wants to produce locally with Philly youth players. Pat was an All American college field player that quickly adapted to the indoor game. He played 6 years with the Wings and knows how to teach our indoor ciriculum" Said Johnny Mouradian - President AILA.

AILA is currently training close to 1,000 youth players locally this Winter. Specific team training includes such elite programs as the Haverford School, LaSalle College HS, Radnor HS, Saliesiaium School, Downingtown East and the Elite travel team programs of Mesa Fresh Fever and Shamrocks of NJ to name a few.

“I’m excited to be joining the AIL organization and their staff. This group is on the forefront of making an impact to expand the box lacrosse  presence in the United States year in and year out. Being located in the Philadelphia region, a hotbed of talent for youth, high school, and collegiate level players, will only drive AIL in a positive direction. Having played 6 seasons with the Philadelphia Wings and competing against some of the best box lacrosse players in the world, it taught me a lot of different aspects of the game.  My goal is to take those skills, strategies, and knowledge I gained from playing this style of lacrosse and bestow that onto the youth and high school programs in the Philadelphia region.” said Pat Heim.
